BASIC LAWN SERVICE PROGRAM

Weekly or bimonthly schedule visits. NO contracts required. Regular customers are invoiced for monthly service.

Mowing turf- grasses cuts vary, although typically 1/3 blade removal, alter direction of cutting reduces soil compaction, improves blade posture.

Edge garden beds and walkways- regular maintenance reduces invasive turf varieties from growing into undesired garden bed locations. Clean edging provides manicured detail we attain upon every service.

Blow clippings off hard surfaces- removal of clippings, work dust and dirt from hard surfaces including patios, walkways, driveways.

Many benefits go along with year around lawn service which provides a stellar appearance even in the winter months. Pay one monthly fee and receive your inclusive lawn and garden maintenance package with NO EXTRA FEES for excessive trimming, leaf clean-up or winter service visits.

Program includes Basic Service- offered during the growing season or when needed.

Trim and maintain shrubbery and hedges- sculpt and trimming of shrubs and hedges either by hand clipping or power shearing.

Weed control- precise usage of round-up on weeds in garden beds.

Leaf clean-up- weekly removal of leaves off turf to prevent disease and maintain a clean and healthy lawn.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES OFFERED

Additional fees apply for product unit costs. Initial and one time services fees may be required for some first time services. Lawn and garden service estimates are provided to customers prior to work performed.

Pine straw and mulching for garden beds- upgrade your residential or commercial property with a seasonal pine straw or mulch application.

Weed control- precise usage of round-up on weeds in garden beds. We are state licensed pesticide agent. Pre-emergent usage for prevention of weeds on lawn and garden bedding.

Fertilization of lawn and plants- application of lawn and plant fertilizers promote the growth and health as well as eliminate diseases and insects; regular scheduled times apply.

Trim and maintain shrubbery and hedges- sculpt and trimming of shrubs and hedges either by hand clipping or power shearing.

Planting trees, shrubs and seasonal flowers - promote the appearance of your residential or commercial property.

Lawn scalping in spring- mowing lawn below standard cut for the precise removal of dead grasses; only recommended for Zoysia and Bermuda grasses. Eliminating the chance of lawn diseases and promoting new healthy lawn growth.
